No refund as promised after months of

On Tuesday, 5 February I reported about the bad service I have received from Groupon over the last few months.
Their solution to months of and having to phone the call centre weekly raking up a huge phone bill and time wasted, was simply a refund. They confirmed that their supplier never had stock, so every time I phoned them and they said it was on its way... was a lie. Every got my hopes up that my daughter would at long last receive her iconic i-pig docking station.
When i received an email saying i would receive a refund in 3-5 working days I was not entirely thrilled, but at least I could put this horrible ordeal behind me. However, I have not received my refund (no surprise there).
