I was given a spa treatment voucher from my daughter for my 40th birthday for Yukon Spa and when I tried to use the voucher I was told that Yukon had gone out of business a few months ago! When I told my daughter she was so embarrassed and said she would phone Groupon to get a refund. To date Groupon have been giving her the run around and refuse to refund her. When we phoned the tele number that Groupon gave us for Yukon Spa we spoke to Togo who said Yukon Spa no longer existed and they're now called Yukon Aesthetics and that we should phone Groupon for a refund. My voucher redemption date expires at the end of Oct 2013 and I bet Groupon are delaying so that they don't have to refund my daughter her money! Shame on you Groupon! I am a physically disabled person who can't afford luxuries like a spa treatment and my daughter saved for 6 months to buy this voucher for me and you have made it such a horrible experience and a lesson well learnt! Don't trust Groupon because their T&C's mean nothing and apparently neither does the Consumer Protection Act! You picked on the wrong person! I will get my daughters money back! Groupon best you watch this space and the media... you'll feature!
