Groupon failure to deliver Iconic Ipig Docking sta

I ordered my iconic pig docking station on 5 December 2012.
I phoned the call centre and was told it would arrive on 27 December.

I phoned at the beginning of January was told it would arrive by the 11 January.

Phoned several times in between.

Phoned 18 Jan and was given a tracking number. It does not work.

I phoned 21 January and was told that they had just picked up the docking station from their supplier that morning, it would be with the courier Tuesday and with me by 25 Jan. I quote the call centrr "you will have it in your hands by Friday."
I phoned 25 January and was told that it wasn't there by this date as I live in Port Elizabeth and not Cape Town. I was told i would have it by the latest 29 January. Once again I didnt receive it.

I phoned on 29 Jan, was told they had fetched it from the supplier that morning and it would be with me by Friday. How do you pick it up from the supplier twice?
The docking station has yet to arrive.

Phoned 1 Feb was told it would be with me by 6 Feb and that the original tracking number I received would work by Monday evening, as the product would be with the courier. The tracking number does not work.
