On or about 10/10/2012 I lodged a complaint that I did not receive all the goods that I had paid for. I was told it will be sent and when I received the second delivery it was still not the complete order. I wrote back only to receive a response that I will have to wait for the product in 31 January 2013.
When this did not materialize I emailed on the 4 Feburary 2013 and have NOT received a response.
