Groupon SA
No Delivery, No Response, No refund

I ordered a cake mould and icing set in January, after trying to track the item a couple of times i contacted the courier company. At groupon I emailed Charlene and Angelique, Charlene replied delivery will take place on 26 Feb... No Delivery. It is now the 28th Feb 2013 and the courier company have not even received the order??
Once again I emailed, no response... I called the call centre 3 times, spoke to Ash, Beverly and one other lady.
All promised "I give you my word mam, I will get back to you" still no response.
After reading all the other complaints about Groupon SA I realise I will not be receiving my goods or getting my money back. Groupon is a money making scheme where you pay for nothing but terrible service.
