Groupon SA is not giving me what I paid them for

I bought a 12 months supply of Real Magazine on Groupon on the 28 August 2012, On the 30 August 2012 I received a voucher of which I called Media24 to redeem it, I spoke to Charlene at Media24. I received copies of the magazines for November and December only, I enquired with Media24 on why am I not getting my copies as is a 12 months supply, I was told Groupon ddnt pay them so they are holding all the deliveries of the issues bought through Groupon, I called Groupon to lodge a complain beggining of January and I was promosed to be called back of which never happened, I called them again end of January and spoke to Loyiso and he promised to sort it out as it was still active but still ddnt get my magazines, beggining of February I called again and spoke to Sisanda and she told me that Loyiso ddnt send the complain to the relavant people, so she will send it and cc me the e-mail. Upto date I ddnt get any respond from Groupon and still not getting my magazines of which I paid for.
