Refund still outstanding

After many complaints logged on their web and after so many phone calls to Cape Town, I still receive the same message over and over... it will be paid into your account within the next 3-5 days. After 5 days they tell you exactly the same story over and over. I've even bought another Makeup Airbrush from them after this and I didn't even received that product. So how must we have any trust in Groupon. No service at all. Customer service is absolutely poor. I want to know when will my money be refunded and when will I receive the Makeup AIrbrush kit as I received a e-mail from Naomi Reed on 19 December 2012 that told me the product is ready for delivery; but I haven't received anything at all. And I'm going to charge you interest on the money that you didn't pay back because you earn interest on money that doesn't belong to you. Must one go and see a lawyer before you receive back what is yours?
