Groupon, never ever again!!

When I saw the special on Groupon for cage diving at Umkomaas Logde Dive Charters, I was very happy to buy two tickets to use them on my birthday 10 weeks later or that was the plan!!
5 weeks before by birthday I phoned the Merchant Umkomaas Logde Dive Charters to make a booking and I was informed that they are fully booked for the period 6 September 2013 to 6 December 2013, the valid period of the vouchers!
So I called Groupon in order to find out the process of getting my money back or at least a credit for the amount with no success.
So I e-mailed Groupon with my enquiry and did not get any response from them!
I then called Groupon again and was able to speak to a lady Ganeefa Leeman who made promises that she will sort it out as soos as possible, it has been two weeks later and no response from Groupon!!
It is shocking to read all the complains on Hallo Peter regarding the bad service from Groupon SA! I will never ever buy from Groupon again, but I will continue the fight to get my hard earned money back!
