Fake advertising and delivery of damaged goods

Advertising

On Tuesday 15 January I purchased a set of what was advertised as "Swarovski Elements Tri-jewellery set". At no stage was there any clear indication that this was NOT a genuine Swarovski product. What arrived today can only be described as a cheap imitation product, packaged in little resealable plastic bags and a cheap organza gift bag. A card accompanies the product. An excerpt reads: "The MADE WITH SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS wording on products serves as a sign of authenticity and the highest standards of crystal design"
Well now, seeing as how this wording appears NOWHERE on any of the products, I am even more inclined to think that I was sold a cheap knock-off. If I wasn't stupid enough to notice by the flawed product (did I mention that the necklace has a "crystal" missing?), maybe I'd be fooled by the card. Only thing is that the card actually TELLS me that this is a fake product. Lerato is allegedly arranging a refund - I would like this done immediately and request an explanation for the discrepancy between what was advertised and what was delivered.
