I purchased 5items on groupon on the 20th december 2013, to date i havent received anything. called them told they were sent to the couriers on the 15/01/2014, 21/01/2014 i called the courriers they couldnt track them. on the 24/01/2013 called groupon again ref: 158160. same told on the 21/01/2014. called courier, they cant track them. called groupon again 24/01. I was told the items have not been received and will only be dispatched form the supplier to the courier next week??? so what was sent to teh couriers on the 15??? they can deliver one item because it is out of stock?? when I purchased the item it was available. Please deliver my products or just refund my money back... your service is below standard... HAVE EVER HEARD OF TCF PRINCIPLES AND CPA... SO DISSAPOINTED...
