I received a delivery from Groupon on 05 February 2013. However, there was an item missing. As to date I am still awaiting this delivery. Zulfa's response to my numerous phone calls and emails were that they were out of stock. On Monday 15 April 2013 this same product was again advertised on Groupon. I contacted Zulfa and asked her to send me my missing item as they now seem to have stock. She emailed me to say she can't send it to me and offered me a R100 voucher as a gesture of goodwill. Unacceptable!! I still can't use my R400 product without the recipe book. Friday, Chantal Norman, emailed me to inform me that they arranged for a courier to collect the product from me for a refund. Do they think I am stupid. I have seen the complaints on Hello Peter from other people sending products back and then never receiving their refunds. I will send it back as soon as the refund shows in my bank account. But still, why can't I get my product if they now do have the product in stock? Otherwise, send me the whole COMPLETE product and on receiving it, I will send the one I have back with the courier to them in exchange. I most defnitely won't recommend Groupon to anyone.
