250 bill

I bought a dock station from group on and it took 3 months to get to me instead of the 5 weeks promised. If phoned the company several times asking them for the dock as it was for someone and every time they said it was on its way when it wasn't, I eventually got it 12 weeks later and then I got a bill of 250 from 8ta as it wasn't a land line when on the website is clearly states it is and I got a confirmation from customer service that it is a land line I would like to know why I have to pay for something that I was tricked into me I have a 250 cell phone bill that I wasn't aware of .its unethical that they say one thing and another thing happens
