No service ignorance

My telephone line has been dead for more than a month and my adsl cuts off every 5 minutes. My initial fault log took telkom 2 weeks to get someone to have a look. I was advised that the telephone line from the supply pole to my house was damaged by trees and I had to at my own expense have piping laid on the ground for a new line. This have been done but its been more than 3 weeks and no show! Apart from this im expected to pay my bill every month. Im a medical doctor that rely on a land line as cellphone signal in my area is poor.
This is the worst most pathetic service ever, i have called the call centre numerous times holding on for more than 30 minutes at a time, costing me a fortune as i have to phone from my cell as i have no land line!
I will probably just get a pathetic response like the other posts on this site saying your log has been escalated and please wait another month and pay your bill.
What a disgrace!
