Advertised tablet with dock, receive without dock

We ordered the tablet (from internet sales) because they describe the dock with the tablet and when we bought it we didn't' receive the dock and it says on the tablet that the dock is optional. We phoned them and the lady was also not sure so she ask the Boss (manager). He phoned and said it is optional but on the advertisement there is nothing about OPTIONAL
