No phone for three weeks and counting

14CWK010913 phone down for two maybe three weeks in August/September due to flooding... can understand this and willing to live and let live. However, all affected were promised a credit on next bill... never happened!
717CWK300913 from 3 October our land line is down and DSL as well. No one, and I mean not a single response via telephone or twitter from Telkom can give any usefull information why, how long or anything else. Yet we get invoiced again as if nothing is wrong. I don't know what else to do. Now we are incurring 3G expense and cellular call rates because of Telkom. It is the most frustrating thing ever, this black hole where no one has a clue what is causing out line to be out or how long it will take. They "escalated" this in their call centre to little effect. I give up... seriously, what must I do?
