Damaged Goods exchanged with a bonus

I had my LIfeProof cover for my Iphone for about 8months before it broke. Many underwater photos and kayak trips completed with my safe and secure Iphone.
One Sea kayak mission I noticed my lifeproof cover had leaked and my cellphone was wet. It didn't work for 2 days but finally all went back to normal.

I emailed Lifeproof saying their product had leaked and it was under the 365 day warranty.

They requested me to send the cover to check it, which I did.

A few weeks later I have a new Lifeproof cover, plus they sent me a Lifeproof Lifejacket for free!
perfect for my Kayak expeditions.
