I ordered a 3G cortex tablet in the beginning of Dec '12. i received the tablet but with no 3G dongle, earphones etc. i called them & was told they would deliver the missing products. i requested a confirmation email, which i received. No delivery! then i called again & was told by Rayne that the tablet is not compatible with all dongles so Groupon would collect my incomplete package& replace it with a new one by "the Latest Tue 29 Jan". i got that in writing too. Tues i received nothing! i called again & spoke to Charlene who told me that they have received the product & they have arranged collection & delivery. Again, i was sent this in writing. AGAIN no delivery! i contacted Charlene & was told she is waiting for an ETA from the courier.after no delivery i was sent written conf from SHana that i would be receiving the product by 6 Feb.i then spoke to customer service manager Kelly who told me that the more senior managers dont have time for complaints like this & they cant send me the replacement package, but just the dongle.how can you put in writing that you would deliver something & not honour your promises?? source one & send me what was promised! where are your values and ethics?
