I have trusted Groupon for a birthday present for my daughter last Christmas. I placed a order for a tablet. They promised delivery before Christmas - That did not happen. I had to bed to deliver it. More than 6 weeks I waited. When it arrived id did not receive the promised carry case nor the earphone and the tablet did not word properly. They said I can return it and receive a credit. Was not happy with the credit thing but I returned the tablet. It is now since 18 April, I still not have received a email with the credit. In the meanwhile they had another special for a Polaroid Android 7 inch tablet. I requested that they order that tablet for me, but I was informed that the credit was not issued yet and from there I have send queries on their Groupon site, sent emails but no response from Lindo Ngubelanga or Groupon. It is frustrating. and what is going to happen is that the special on the tablet is going to expire or the stock would be out and I will still not have my tablet. I am really VERY unhappy with the service. I have references #759262, #742633 but just no sresponce. r eis no way I can phone them because it takes a hour to get through to helpdesk
