I booked the 'Get Creative online web design course' on the 10th of January which I paid on the 14th. According to the provider it should be redeemed by no later than the 10th of February, NOBODY gets back to me with details and I've spend more than an hour in total this last week on the phone to Groupon.

I WANT ANSWERS NOW!

IF THE REDEEM TIME ENDS AND I STILL DON'T HAVE A VOUCHER I WILL NOT EXCEPT A REFUND.

I have spoken to both Kelly (who is always too busy for clients) as well as Natasha, she referred me to Kaldwin, to whom I sent the payment confirmation (again) as well as a letter requesting that I am kept up to date. I was promised that this issue will be resolved asap (to ensure that I can redeem it before the closing date issued by the provider).

Your client service is shocking. You have absolutely no problem with taking our money, but when it comes to service delivery you fail in every aspect.

I cannot believe that you pride yourself on customer service, when you clearly don't have the customer's best interest at heart.
