I bought a Groupon deal on 25 January. They sent me the voucher telling me to contact the dealer to redeem it. There was NO CONTACT details for the dealer on the voucher. So I sent Groupon an email asking how on earth am I supposed to redeem the voucher. They sent me an automated reply. I contacted them again and again and today, 4 February, they still haven't answered my email.

This is again the usual rip off of all the discount voucher companies. Groupon is becoming a joke and a sham of itself

I WANT MY MONEY BACK. NOW!
