I PAID FOR A DUVET ON GROUPON. I KNEW THE DELIVERY PROCESS CAN TAKE BETWEEN 3-6 WEEKS.AFTER 3 WEEKS I CALLED GROUPON TO ENQUIRE WEATHER THEY KNOW WHEN THE DELIVERY DATE WILL BE. I WAS ADVISED MY PRODUCT IS ON ITS WAY. AFTER ANOTHER WEEK I CALLED AGAIN AND WAS AGAIN ADVISED MY PRODUCT IS ON ITS WAY.AFTER ANOTHER WEEK I CALLED AND WAS GIVEN AN ORDER NR AND TEL.NR FOR A COURIER COMPANY.I CALLED THEM AND THEY WERE UNAWARE OF MY ORDER. I CALLED GROUPON AGAIN LAST WEEK AND THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN SOMEONE ASKED ME IF I HAVE REDEEMED MY VOUCHER. I TOLD THEM NO. THEY SAID THAT WAS THE REASON FOR NO DELIVERY. SO WHAT I WANT TO KNOW IS WHY THEY KEPT ON TELLING ME THAT MY ORDER WAS ON ITS WAY WHEN THEY COULD HAVE JUST TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO REDEEM MY VOUCHER FIRST.
AND THEN WHEN I WANTED TO REDEEM MY VOUCHER I SAW THAT IT HAD EXPIRED. I ALSO NOTICED ON THE VOUCHER THAT IF I WANTED A REFUND I CAN EMAIL [Email Removed] WHICH I DID. THEY THEN TOLD ME THAT I CANT GET A REFUND. I CAN ONLY GET A GROUPON CREDIT. I NEED TO HAVE A DUVET AND THAT WAS WHY I PAID R1000 FOR A DUVET. I DONT WANT A VOUCHER TOWARDS ANYTHING ELSE!! PLEASE REFUND ME ASAP. THANK YOU
