No Customer Service - AT ALL

On 30th and 31st January 2013 respectively, I placed an order with Groupon. According to their terms, a voucher is issued and needs to be redemeed - as Groupon is the supplier in both of these cases - they redeem the voucher themselves. The first article"s voucher was redeemed on 14/2/2013 and the other on the 26/2/2013 - that alread is unacceptable as delivery in 4 weeks from date of redemption (according to them) I have phoned, ( excuses, and more excuses - I pity the people who have to work their phones) I have emailed (they guarantee a response within 48 hours) ha ha ha... the only response I got was a " How do you rate our service" automated reply.
When I received no response, I commented on their FaceBook page - 3 times!! 3 Times my comment was deleted!!! Really?? Now I know why these companies only have positive posts - they just delet and ignore the rest. I must say though that they are more than efficient at taking the payment!! NOT COOL GROUPON - Will never order nor recommend again.
