Voucher redeemed 18May - my Booking is only 20July

I bought a Luxury Spa Package VIP Full day for 2 people on 10 May 2013 for my Fianc? 's birthday for 18 July. Got a booking for 20 July 17:00. Was told that I need to make a Hotel booking to have this appointment and that is what I did. So everything was arranged, took it up with the hotel and ja didn't here anything from the spa after a few emails sended off. I got a bit unsettled and started phoning, at 1st it only kept ringing and today I only got voice mail on both numbers 073 864 8474 and 078 737 5725 so I phoned the Hotel to find out if they have an alternative number and they could only provide the contact details I already had. They told me that they moved out 2 months ago already due to bad service and couldn't keep up with there promises. I w at all and off course I was so upset because I had to pay R1000 accommodation to be able to redeem my voucher. So I phoned Groupon, spoken to Lushane and she confirmed that my voucher was already redeemed 18 May? This is fraught, they redeemed a voucher and we were only booked to see them tomorrow? I want my Groupon money back. I paid R798 and want to know how is it possible for them to redeem money if it was not actually used I p
