When I tried to book an appointment with Destiny Fulfilled Therapy Spa through a voucher I had purchased from Groupon I was told that the branch had closed down so they would refund my money back. On the 21st November 2013 I got a response from Zee to confirm that the refund was made and would reflect in my account in 3-5 days. On the 28th the credits were still not reflecting so I made a follow up with Zee which HE ONLY RESPONDED ON THE 10th DECEMBER!!! To say that the refund was made into my credit card which was very odd as I have had 2refunds done by groupon which were made into my Groupon account, when I questioned this he advised me that because my voucher was still valid I was entitled to a cash refund and he wouldn't be able to reverse that as the transaction had already been done. I checked all my accounts and there was no reflection of the transaction. On the 11th Dec I asked what acc was used, HE NEVER RESPONDED! On the 16th I asked AGAIN! -STILL NO RESPONSE!! On the 28th I sent ANOTHER email! NO RESPONSE STILL!!! Please can I have my money back!!! Can someone who knows their Job at Groupon help me because I have had no joy in dealing with Zee he doesn't seem to know!
