Still awaiting goods after two months

Hi, on the 27th November 2012 I ordered and paid for a set of pillows from groupon, followed by an order and payment for a valentines gift on the 10th December 2012. I have as of yet not received any goods from groupon.
I am aware they have changed courier services, though this is no longer an acceptable excuse.

Its been almost three months since I ordered the pillows, and its almost Valentines day and the gift i ordered last year before Christmas has still not arrived.

To make matters even worse, I recently ordered two sets of bowls from groupon priced at R279 which were delivered very quickly. Only to discover another website was selling them for R149 a set! Exactly the same product. How such a markup can be justified is beyond me.

I have sent multiple e-mails and queries to groupon, only to be responded to twice. The most recent inquiry I sent was January the 29th, and still absolutely no interest shown by groupon to contact me. And this is not the first time they have ignored me.

Very disgusting service indeed. I do not recommend anyone buying anything from groupon that requires delivery.
