I ordered Glad bags on the Groupon website. The courier company could not find my house so Bianca Solomon emailed me to ask for directions. I gave her detailed directions but still the goods did not arrive. I then phoned the courier company who told me Bianca had told them to deliver them somewhere in Nelspruit when I live in Fourways. Someone in Nelspruit collected them and then Bianca stopped replying to me emails. Then someone else from Groupon told me that someone in my family must have got them instead of me! We are in Fourways not Nelspruit!!! This has now been going on for over two months!!! They have now given me a credit for the goods which I never asked for and which is totally useless to me as I will never deal with Groupon again.
