Poor service with a bad attitude

I purchased an item on Groupon on the 30 May 2013 it was delivered on the 8th July 2013. The box that the goods came in was damaged and as this was a gift i proceeded to call Groupon and spoke to a guy Nathan and he arranged for the courier company to collect it on the same day. from that day until today i have not received the item. Subsequently i have called groupon several times but can never speak to the right person. Yesterday the 22nd August 2013 i spoke to a team leader Angelique who seemed very nice and promised to call me yesterday never did. When i called back today she tells me 7 - 8 working day before i get my goods and when i told her i needed it today she laughed at me, and the proceeded to tell me no we take u seriously. If that is the attitude of a senior person no wonder the staff is in competent. i then called back spoke to Angelique's boss however to no avail as i will only get my goods on Wednesday this does not help me as i needed it this weekend. this leaves a very bitter taste in my mouth and makes me wonder how many more people are having the same problem as me :(
