I purchased 2 Infrared Remote Control & Voice control Series Intelligent Dogs on 05/12/13 from Groupon. The only difference was the colours being blue and pick respectively. The pink dog was not working. Surely it is against our consumer rights for Groupon to sell products that have not gone through a quality control check or at least have a contract that states that their suppliers need to have one done before the sell their products to the public. However that can be overlooked if I at least gotten a response from management. To date nothing despite me sending them the documents they required for proof of purchase, the last I have heard from Groupon was on the 20/01/14 saying "I've already escalated this issue to the appropriate department. However, I'll escalate this issue now with high priority." So does this mean that such large company cannot employ someone who can actually respond to me at the very least. I have requested a new working dog since that was what I was billed for. I have not received that or been refunded or even got a response from management. Totally appalled by this service. In the interim my four year daughter is still waiting for her Christmas gifts
