Initial feedback but no follow up / Bad quality

I reported not receiving my 9 x 9 canvas (on the 5th of February 2013) and was emailed by Groupon saying that they were having problems with this specific supplier. I was asked whether i would want the money refunded or a credit loaded to my account. I responded immediately that i would prefer the credit but have yet seen the amount credited to my account. It is 2 weeks later already and i have had NO feedback letting me know when this "credit" would be processed against my account. There have been various items on Groupon that i would've wanted to purchase but haven't because of this "credit" i am waiting for.

Also i purchased the 10-tier shoe rack. It did not even last 2 weeks before it broke AND i purposely didn't load it with "heavy shoes" only light sandals to test the quality of this product. I am disgusted in the quality of products that Groupon is selling to the customers. In my opinion there should be a warning stating that some of the products may be of "inferior" quality.

I have received products previously that i was very happy with but it seems the quality of products and service of the Groupon staff are only going backwards.
