NO RESPONSE & NO CREDIT, 2 MONTHS LATER

Groupon SA service is absolutely appalling! It is disappointing to go this route, as I have regularly bought from Groupon & have experienced timeous service. Not this time though!

On the 18th of November 2012 I purchased goods to the value of over R600, as Christmas gifts & to date, I am still waiting for them!
A month ago after 2 promises to have the goods delivered, I requested a credit & was promised that my account would be credited. Still no credit!
I was sent an email showing me a pic of a credit done for 1 of the 3 items & I replied saying I would have a statement sent showing that my money has not been refunded & since then, no reply!
I have sent about 10 emails since & heard nothing.
It is totally unacceptable & this will be the last time I ever purchase from Groupon. I will also be sure to spread the word as to how there is absolutely NO customer service in this company!
