Lack of feedback and no follow through

On the 09/05/2013 I ordered an item over the internet. I was informed of the process for payment, which I promptly did and sent the proof of the EFT. I was promised delivery of the item would take 4 to 6 weeks. I sent emails to the eail address provided, requesting updates and also an email notifying them of my dissatisfaction of the service they are providing. I did not get a response to my email. I telephoned the Cape Town number on the 10/06/2013 and spoke to Cara, who promised to follow up and send me an email. No email except that a phone ticket was logged. I followed up again on the 18/06/2013 and spoke to Tawriq who also promised to follow up and come back to me, instead I receive emails informing me of no stock and they will process a refund. I sent a reply mail to the effect that I needed to know if they could procure the item in the future, instead got an email that said not to reply to their email as this will nullify the refund. I contacted them again on the 19/06/2013, spoke to Cara who said she will find out and email me. Followed up again on the 20/06, left a message for Cara, no return call. Phoned again and was informed that
Cara will send me an email.
