I purchased an item from Groupon last year November to use before going on holiday. I received the item only in January 2014 which was 2 months late. Their call centre said it was due to all the public holidays but I told them it should have been delivered before then.i managed to get the same item in store for cheaper as most of their products you can get in store a while later for atleast the same price or cheaper.
I requested a refund and and gave them the collection number but they just do not reply to my mails and calls are simply just transferred.
SERIOUSLY bad service.
