Haven't received items (paid for them 1 month ago)

I have purchased 2 items over a month ago (Ref# 32097EAFA8 ; 1A090C31DC) and have not yet received the items. I have sent numerous emails to Groupon [Email Removed] and am still waiting for a response from them. In the last 2 weeks I have sent them no less than 8 emails. I eventually phoned their Cape Town number 0212017100, spoke to a lady named Cara yesterday (20 May 2013) who assured me that she would revert back to me on email by cob yesterday (20 May 2013). I never received a response from her. I have just phoned the same number again only to be told that the items will both be delivered by next week Monday latest (27 May 2013). I spoke to Cara again and she just fobbed me off and said that she hadn't heard anything hence she didn't respond to my query. In my opinion, Groupon Customer services have no idea what "customer service" is and they definitely need training! We - the customers - pay their salary and it is rather annoying that no one bothers to respond to your queries when you follow the right channels. Please investigate further from your end.
