3 months for delivery??

On January 25, 2013 I ordered a product from Groupon. Fine print said allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.By mid March I had still not received my item even though I had paid for the item on the 25 January. First query received a reply that said "Sorry about that, we'll look into it". Nothing happens. Send another query 5 days later, reply to this one says that they cannot source the item. (Then, why pray are they advertising it?). Nearly 2 weeks later I see the identical item being advertised again. I re-send my query - how can they say that they can't source it if they are currently advertising it? Reply to this query says "We're looking into it - someone will get back to you in 48 hours". 12 days later I'm still waiting!
