We booked a MSC Cruise through Groupon but in the end could not afford the flights etc and requested a refund. On 24 December MSC refunded Groupon for our voucher. I have emailed Groupom every day with the same reply back that they will advise feedback when they have it. We have received no positive feedback of when we will receive our money back. It is 2699 and we urgently need the money.
