Groupon voucher paid not received

I bought a Groupon Voucher for Rose reflexology bar. I paid via EFT on 30 Sept but never received the voucher. I logged a query with Groupon and still had no satisfactory reply. The only feedback I got so far is
"await response from the escalation team however we will try to get back to you at the earliest".
I provided my bank detail twice for a refund, and yet no positive feedback has been received.
