Misleading and no Refund

Was misled to believe product (hair straightening iron) value was between R3500 and R5500 only to find out after purchasing it for R1600 that it sells for between R1300 and R1500. The owner will not give me a refund and was very rude. I wanted a refund after finding out that they mislead people to sell their products. I dont like to support such people. Also, the iron does not work like the one that was used in the demonstration.
