Tuesday the 12th there was a mica stall in Clearwater. I was approached by a guy named Tivarli the owner. after trying to persuade me with offering me different prices he finally said ok you can have it for R1000 when the value of the product is 2600. and in store it is 1500. I didn't buy it that day but came in and bought the "Mica" product from the store in Clear water after Naomi said I can have it for R1500 with all these extra gifts I was taken back as I got many gifts. the other sales lady packaged everything and I went home only to find out that it is not a mica product but an Aria beauty product I was furious because I went into mica with the intention of buying a Mica product I called her on her mobile immediately she had told me no it is a Mica product which in fact it is not as I done my research. I went back to the store on Thursday demanding my money back after i had been to. she refused me a refund, i then told her the consumer protection act has a provision for consumer to get a refund if they are not happy with the un used product or service. she did then give me a refund after her patronising bad attitude. will not recommend MICA store in Clear water!!
