Efused to refund me d day after purchase

I purchased a mica hair straightner and hair iron but I was basically forced into buying it. It cost me R3000.00. So when I got home I wanted to see my new stuff and to my surprise d packaging was in bad condition and the color that I requested was not wat I got. So then I tried both the straightner and curler bt it neva did what they promise it would do. The same evening of purchase I called and explained and requested a refund and they said no refund bt they would exchange. Went to get the exchange done and they didn't have the one I wanted in the first place and I was forced to settle. Surprisingly the girl that sold it to me was neva ther. So now ther was another young lady there and I asked her to use the hair iron on her and it never did what they said it would do. So I told her I want a refund and I proved it to u and thy refused givin me an exchange. Wen I get home I check this out and the ceramic was chipped bad... so I called them.and the lady gave me the owners email address bt he didn't reply. The thing is the goods are of bad condition and I deserve a refund. The quality of this product is poor and service is pathetic. Please help me
