Sales person supplied a different item

Whilst shopping at the Pavillion 21/10 we were basically coerced into buying an hair iron from a smooth talking Argentinian salesmen. He used deception to sell my wife an hair iron whilst i was busy minding my child on the nearby kiddies rides. He demonstrated an hair iron on my wife and claimed lots of capabilities that were untrue. He held a piece of her hair on what he purported to be a solid piece of stone heating plate and then took a lighter and " tried to burn it", magically her hair didnt burn and this made her to purchase the iron. I found out about this at home and immediately grew suspicious, i tried it and lo and behold it burnt immediately. I then tried following up and then found out that the iron that was supplied to my wife was not the one he demonstrated on her. The one he tried was a saloon professional and he supplied her one called "mica". I feel violated as i found out the mica sells for less than a 1000 and does nothing claimed.
