I purchased a GHD in November 2012-I have since returned it to GHD SA 4 times. It goes in for repairs and each time replaced with a new iron and a note from GHD confirming there is a factory fault and they are replacing the faulty iron with a new iron. I contacted Tarryn in customer services in November 2013 (1yr since purchase and my 4th iron now) advising her of my predicament-she agreed to assist and thereafter did not reply to emails or return my calls. I called and spoke to Supply Chain & Operations Manager Nathan Prior, who advise that refunds are offered up to 6mnths after purchase-NO ONE offered me this option when I initially contacted GHD. The iron was collected again and replaced with a new iron 2 weeks ago despite me asking for a credit note or a refund. Mr Prior refused to grant either and still had the iron assessed and a new one sent through. Now I have the same problem with iron no.5-it feels like a no name brand iron, does not heat up properly and does not straighten. I have soft hair so there's no issue with the texture of my hair. I use proper hair products but the iron is damaging my hair. I tried my mum's and sisters GHD's and it works perfectly on my hai
