Non Delivery of goods and non refund

I purchased a Neoprence Laptop Sleeve in February. After non delivery I sent an email of enquiry and got a response from Chantal Norman saying that the goods had not been delivered because they were out of stock. I replied saying I wanted a refund and they said they would have to refund my groupon account. I then responded saying I would like it back into my account as I was not a regular customer. Thats was the last time I got an email from then and they have since stopped responding to my enquiries.
I would like my R295-00 rand back please
