NO delivery of goods since Dec 2013

On Nov 1st I have place an order for 3 x Hazlo Ottomans and paid in full. On Dec 28th it was still not received and this is when the email trial started. Up till today they are full of empty promises in order to expedite the delivery and assured me to have it delivered 3-5days. This also passed last week - still nothing. Somebody at the customer service are incompetent as I have numerously asked for the head of the department's contact details. Now I am demanding a full refund.
