Bad service no delivery

Beginning of October I placed an order for cast iron pots with groupon but to date there is still no delivery. And yet I've paid in full.i called to enquire then I got an email from Lushane October that I didn't qualify for the order and that I must forward my banking details so I can get my refund but to date no delivery no refund.
