Poor Customer Service Levels

On the 11th of Dececmber 2012 I placed an order via Groupon for 2 white remote cameras and paid for these items in full. After numerous phone calls and unanswered emails attempting to follow up and chase delivery, I finally received a delivery 2 months later on the 12th of February 2013. The delivery I received was 4 black remote cameras. Not only is this not what I ordered but Groupon didn't even appear to be aware that I was sitting with these items. I spent over 20 minutes on the phone to Groupon the next day explaining (once again) why I was unhappy and requested a full refund. I was assured that the courier company would collect the items within 3 working days and my payment would be returned into my bank account. It is now 1 week later and I am still sitting with the items on my desk and yet another email has gone unanswered. The incompetence displayed by the customer service centre continues to astound me. I have now resorted to lodging complaints on hellopeter as it appears to be the only way to get a written response from Groupon. I have certainly learnt my lesson here and will not purchase from Groupon again.
