At the beginning of December I purchased an air purifier that was to include a pack of 3 concentrates to add to the water. I was very disappointed when the package arrived just before Christmas and the concentrates were missing. I phoned Groupon customer service who apologised and the agent (sorry, I can't remember his name) said he was authorised to issue me a partial refund, which he duly did. It was unclear though whether this partial refund was in lieu of the concentrates or if it was just for my inconvenience at the concentrates not arriving and that they would follow in due course. The gentleman said that off the record he didn't think they would come and that I should try and purchase them elsewhere. I was disappointed but accepted it for what it was. Imagine my surprise when the pack of concentrates arrived this morning. Well done Groupon SA!
