Groupon South Africa has no customer service

I have now exchanged about 40 emails with Groupon. Something as simple as arranging a collection and refund has now taken me almost two months... and many many conversations with people who are obviously not very efficient.

I will NEVER buy anything from Groupon again... This is also not an isolated incident... They will take the customers money and the suppliers money but ad no value or assistance in the process...
