I bought a spa package online via Groupon as a birthday present. I paid for the package online and received a reference number as well. Upon the date I was suppose to receive the package. Nothing arrived. When I contacted Groupon they said it never registered, but I fail to understnd this. If i got a reference number for the purchase.

I then asked for a refund. They took my banking details and said the situation will bee sorted. It has been over a month and nothing has happened.

I am very dissapointed in the unprofessiolaism of Groupon.

Can this be sorted out soon please.
