I bought a product on the 1st Nov, on arrival the product was totally different from what was on the advert i requested for it to be returned as i was not happy with the product, had to chase Groupon to send a courier company to collect the parcel, it was collected in the middle of December, to date am still chasing for my Refund.
Your customer interaction is the pathetic you are kept on hold for long time next thing your call is disconnected, you don't even have an option to speak to a consultant, what kind of business is this.
