Can't get money back after faulty product returned

This is my Groupon ticket no: Request #716049

I purchesd a faulty dvd player through groupon on 12 FEB 2013. Can't remember exactly how long it took to arrive but anyway it was faulty and looked plasticky and cheap. Anyway it was collected by their courier on the 13 MAR and despite being told my money would be refunded within 3 to 5 working days it is now 15 APR 2013 and still waiting for refund???
Also in the beginning they were quick to respond to my returning the product and arranging courier to collect from me but now that i am asking for my money back i am being completely ignored... just makes it even more infuriating!
Will be warning everybody i know through social media about the way Groupon seems to conduct itself and treat its customers.
